You are correct, but if we don't do something, the country will sink into a dictatorship and become fascist. The people need to see the public goods working and experience an improvement in their lives.

When I was young, I was dead set against eating sushi. Now I love it. There is some truth to that old Life cereal ad: Try it, you'll like it.

But to get anything done and lock in a decade or two of Democratic majorities, the Filibuster has to go. And the Democrats are not at all united in getting anything done. Manchin & Sinema are not Democrats but think and vote like Republicans.

I have unsubscribed from every Democratic mailing list asking for money. More money won 't win elections. Results will. So, I am committed to making no more donations to any candidate, including progressive organizations UN TIL THE FILIBUSTER IS DEAD AND BURIED.
