Throwing more money to the Homeless Industrial Complex will not solve the homeless problem. It will generate taxpayer funded jobs for workers whose motivation is to keep their jobs forever. Which means it is not in their self interest to actually do something about the problem.

BTW, I don’t have a solution to the problem but there is some truth to the say “God helps those who help themselves”
