I hate hearing politicians talk about the "Corporate Tax Rate". The rate means nothing unless all gross profit is taxed.

But until we pay attention to TAXABLE PROFIT, what difference does it make if its 22%, 28% or 41% if there are enough loopholes, exceptions, and deductions to eliminate all tax liability at any rate.
